A conversation with leading experts on time – what we’re learning from American families across multiple studies – and people with ideas on how we can deliver it.

The roundtable will open with several short talks grounded in family listening: what current research with American families is teaching us about parenting today. The conversation will then shift to policy: what governments, employers, and institutions could do differently to help families reclaim time together.

Each featured speaker will be asked to give a brief (five-minute or less) overview of their recent findings or solution pitch, after which we’ll open the floor to the full group for discussion. The goal isn’t a series of formal presentations — it’s a working conversation, and we’ll design the room to encourage genuine exchange among speakers and attendees alike.

Please also join us for a public book talk with Annie Lowrey immediately following this closed-door conversation, and register for that event here.
